I tend to think of life as a journey. A journey which, while so often joyful and beautiful, can also pose unique challenges to us as human beings. These challenges can sometimes overwhelm our ability to cope, leaving us feeling distressed, confused and alone. In our increasingly isolated world, it can be hard to find emotional support. Therapy can be supportive in helping to restore personal balance and deepen our sense of aliveness and joy.

I operate under the belief that all human beings have a strong innate drive towards wholeness and mental well-being. In my work with clients, I draw on strategies that assist clients in exploring ways that they can move towards a more integrated sense of self, utilizing mindfulness, mind-body therapy applications, cognitive therapy, attachment work and self-compassion practices. I will assist you in identifying and exploring core beliefs that keep you feeling stuck in life and create barriers to personal growth and help and support you to overcome those barriers.

I work hard to create a safe, non-judgmental space for people to explore all the various aspects of themselves with a goal towards integration, self-acceptance, and a greater sense of connection with themselves and the world.
